Hi, I'm just wondering are those online retailers reliable or not? because they do not accept PayPal for payment, if I'm not wrong.
Does anybody ever buy nail polish from those websites?

Thanks in advance

A bunch of people I know buy nail polish exclusivelly from those 3 sites and are happy with them. I think the only complaint I've ever heard was about them quickly running out of stock on some of the most "in demand" polishes and I remember reading about some issues with delivery time (up to three weeks to Europe).

Personally I buy from TransDesign only, as they do accept Paypal and I'm totally paranoid about using my credit card for online shopping. I'm very happy with them, the communication is great and you can't beat the prices.

I bought my first China Glaze (For Audrey, which is gaw-geous) and Color Club (Silver Lining) polishes this week from 8ty8.

The CC bottle was partly empty, like it had been used maybe 3 or 4 times. There was polish around the neck of the bottle. Srsly.

I wrote to them and told them I want a new, unused bottle to replace the used one. They said they don't sell used bottles of polish and maybe it leaked.
Please. If it had, there'd be polish all over the bottle, not just the neck.
They did say they'll send me a new bottle of Silver Lining with my next order, like I'm going to order from them again.

It may just be a bottle of polish, but I'm upset. I deal in customer service of a sort (receptionist at a law office) and this is just bad business IMO.

Thanks for letting me rant.

Oh no, sorry that you got a bad bottle . I know it's very upsetting because you place an order and you really look forward to getting the package so when sth is wrong, it can be really anoying.

Glad you like For Audrey though! I love how it looks in the bottle but it looked SO bad with my skintone! It made my fingers look dirty so I gave it to my sis. Looks really pretty on her!

For those of you that use TransDesign, can you point me in the direction of the flat rate shipping box info?

I remember I found it aaages ago, and now that I want to order some polishes, I can't find it on their site anymore.

I vaguely remember the small box is 9 polishes, but that's about it!

Apparently they don't do flat rate shipping anymore. This is a shame.
